Fannie Mae Servicing Marketplace (FNMA SMP)
Sell your loans to Fannie Mae and the Mortgage Servicing Rights to Onity Mortgage concurrently. Sellers can request a relationship with Onity Mortgage and once a contract is executed, deliveries to Fannie Mae with Onity Mortgage as the servicer can begin.
 
Fannie Mae Quick Launch (FNMA QL)
Sell your loans to Fannie Mae and be auto paired with select servicers, such as Onity Mortgage. Loans are serviced according to the standard Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) as found in the Fannie Mae Selling Guide and the Onity Servicing Transfer Instructions. 
 
Fannie Mae Direct Co-Issue (FNMA CID)
Sell your loans to Fannie Mae outside of Servicing Marketplace to allow for monthly settlements on MBS loans. 
 
Freddie Mac Cash-Released Xchange (FHLMC CRX)
Sell your loans "servicing released" to Freddie Mac. Sellers execute a contract directly with Freddie Mac; Onity Mortgage may win the servicing rights through a blind bid.
 
Freddie Mac Co-Issue All-in Funding (FHLMC CIX Daily)
Sell your loans "servicing released" to Freddie Mac, designating Onity Mortgage as the Servicer. Loan settlement is all-in funding. Loans are serviced according to Freddie Mac Exhibit 27 and the Onity Servicing Transfer Instructions.
 
Freddie Mac Co-Issue Direct (FHLMC CID Monthly Settlement)
Loans sold in this channel will be "servicing released" to Freddie Mac, with Onity Mortgage as the Servicer. The Freddie Mac bifurcation template must be submitted to and approved by Freddie Mac. Loans are serviced according to Freddie Mac Exhibit 27 and the Onity Servicing Transfer Instructions.
 
Ginnie Mae Pools Issued for Immediate Transfer (GNMA PIIT)
Onity Mortgage purchases servicing rights to Ginnie Mae loans through the Ginnie Mae PIIT program. Sellers can deliver pools to Ginnie Mae, and Onity Mortgage will accept those pools for servicing.
